Health Insurance New Jersey

TEIGIT currently offers two Oxford individual health plans in New Jersey

HMO. No out-of-network coverage.
PPO. In and out-of-network coverage.

Individual health insurance plans in New Jersey are guaranteed issue. These plans are age-rated meaning that premiums increase with age. However the plans are not medically underwritten, so your health status is not a factor in determining eligibility, benefits or premiums.

Please look at the Plan Comparisons sheet and the Benefits Summaries in order to decide which plan best suits your needs. Initial premiums are listed at the end of each Benefit Summary. Premiums increase annually on your contract renewal date.

	If you would like to apply for coverage, print and complete the Enrollment Form and return to TEIGIT with the appropriate payment. Applications must be received by the 20th day of the month preceding the effective date.
