Plans
EmblemHealth has 2 High Deductible, HSA-eligible plans. These are the less expensive options, but high deductibles apply both in and out of network. However, once your in-network deductible is met, your in-network costs are covered at 100%. Out of network, after the deductible, you are covered at 80% of usual and customary charges. The EPO is an in-network only plan.
GHI's Small Business Advantage Plan (SBAP) is a more traditional health insurance plan, but with very limited out of network coverage.
